GamesHubs.space provides custom game development services including (but not limited to) 2D/3D game creation, Android game development, multiplatform support, and optional UI/UX design.
All projects are tailored to the client’s vision based on the information provided at the time of order.
2. 💰 Payments
- Project costs and payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
- A deposit may be required to secure the project start.
- Final files or full deployment may be delivered only after full payment is received.
Note: All payments are non-refundable once development has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. 📦 Deliverables
Project timelines and deliverables will be outlined in the project agreement or via written communication. You’ll receive regular updates and previews as development progresses.
Revisions are generally included (within reason) and will be discussed per project.
4. 📜 Intellectual Property
- You retain full rights to your original ideas and content you provide.
- Upon full payment, you will receive rights to the final game project as agreed.
- GamesHubs.space reserves the right to showcase completed projects in a portfolio, unless otherwise requested.
5. 🚫 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this website or services to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse the site or any delivered code
- Commission content that promotes hate, violence, or anything illegal
6. 📉 Liability Disclaimer
GamesHubs.space is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use or failure of delivered software
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities due to errors or delays
All software is tested before delivery, but clients are responsible for final testing and deployment in their chosen environments.
